The production of ATLANTIC FISH INDUSTRY is entirely carried out at the ATLANTIC Fish Processing Plant in Kowalewice, which is located in the heart of Central Pomerania near Darłowo in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is here that we process fresh fish with our craft, freeze it, smoke it and pack it.
History
In 2013, the Atlantic company bought the working production plant of ExcesliorGmbh, which produces smoked trout. In the same year, we started investment activities to obtain production efficiency and the possibility of conducting simultaneous technological processes of processing fresh raw material, freezing products, packing fish and smoking.
We completed investment works in two stages; in 2015, we launched the Z 2 smoking and packaging plant, and in 2017, the modernized Z 1 trout and salmon processing plant.
CURRENTLY, THE MAIN FISH IN OUR PRODUCTION IS SALMONTROUT AND RAINBOWTROUT. ALL COME FROM OUR FISH FARMING AQUACULTURE GROUP
Every day we deliver to the plant fish caught in the morning. The fresh fish processing plant produces juicy red fillets with the bones removed, ready for portioning, packaging, freezing and smoking.
This is also where we prepare gutted Salmontrout raw material for smoking plants that traditionally produce cold-smoked slices.
Here we close fresh portions of trout in trays for retail chains in Europe.
In the last year, we have completed a long period of preparation of CAVIAR IKURA PREMIUM products.
